Pricing & Billing FAQs
- How do I get billed?
Your credit card will be charged automatically 30 days from your signup date and the bill will be adjusted based on your usage automatically.
- Are there any contracts?
Absolutely not! There are no contracts and you can cancel your account at any time.
- What happens if I go over my order limit?
Your monthly bill will automatically be adjusted based on usage at the end of the billing cycle so you can use Subsie without any outages. If you need to manage over 2,500 subscriptions per month, please contact our sales team for pricing.
- What happens if I want to cancel?
If you are unhappy with Subsie for any reason, you can cancel any time. A final payment for any unbilled period will be charged and all future payments will be stopped. Your Subsie data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours of cancellation.
- What type of support is included?
We offer email and chat during business hours for troubleshooting errors and/or helping to solve any integration issues you may encounter.
- Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use a PCI compliant payment processor and do not save your credit card information.
